Water & Sewer Utility Bills

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Annual water & sewer bills are processed during the month of May and will be mailed June 1st. If you don’t receive your utility bill(s) mid to late June you should contact Village Hall for duplicates.

Sometimes we experience problems with obtaining meter readings and will send notifications asking for help. If you receive a notice you can click this link to see directions on how to read your meter.

To pay your utility bill, you can send payment to the Village Hall office at 29 Voorheesville Ave, or you are welcome to stop in. We are open 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. There is also a mail slot in the front door so if we are closed you can still drop your payment off. Cash or check only is accepted and cash is not recommended if you are leaving payment during hours we are closed.

You can also pay your utility bill(s) online with a credit card or direct from your bank account. Please note that there are processing fees assessed when using the online payment option.

Total balance due on the water bill must be paid before July 31. If you have sewer services with the Village, those bills are broken up to allow for quarterly payments but the invoice is only sent once in the year, you will NOT receive reminders. The first quarter must be paid before July 31, second quarter is due by October 31, third quarter is January 31 and fourth is due by April 30. If you prefer, payment for 2nd-4th quarter can be made in advance. Any unpaid balances are levied to your property taxes.
