NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications, Inc. and the Village of Voorheesville. 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd day of October 2024 at 6:45 pm at the Village Offices, 29 Voorheesville Ave, Voorheesville, NY regarding renewal of the cable television franchise Renewal Agreement by and between the Village of Voorheesville and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. 

A copy of the Renewal Agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office at 29 Voorheesville Ave, Voorheesville, NY.  At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
