The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing on an application for Joshua Marks (31 Scotch Pine Dr) for an Area Variance for the expansion of a 6-foot, privacy fence to the front yard of a corner lot.

The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 7 PM at Voorheesville Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Avenue.
