The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold two public hearings

1. The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Voorheesville the Board will hold a Public Hearing on an application for 82 Coventry Ct  (Acevedo) for an Area Variance for a Front Entryway Addition.  This hearing will be held at Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave. on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 7:00 PM. 

2. The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Voorheesville the Board will hold a Public Hearing on an application for 9 Sky Terrace (Berger) for an Area Variance for a Side-Yard Setback for an Addition.  This hearing will be held at Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave. on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 7:10 PM.
