- Old fashioned ice cream counter shoppe.
- A great city bakery…fresh bagels, bread, doughnuts etc. fresh cut subs to eat in or out.
- It would be great if we put another hardware store in. It was very accessible when it was ace. Can consider calling it voorheesville hardware store.
- A bike-and‐hike outpost: rentals, guide tours of local outdoors - include rail trail - Thatcher Park? Voorheesville history - union depot
- UPK classroom site. My daughter went to UPK and we had the best experience. We were devastated that our current 4 year old son will not have the same experience. We have one more 2 year old son and would love to see the program return in time for him. We love vville schools
- I think it would be great if the New Scotland Food pantry. And Karie Jean’S Closet could be housed in this space. ESP if next her had to pay rent. Or only mínimum rent. Both have helped so many people. -Dianne Luci
- Remote worker offices for the many village remote workers. The Voorheesville library doesn’t have a spot for us and it’s gets old going to different restaurants and winding WiFi to work in quiet.
- It would be great to have a space for teens and preteens; especially if we want them spending less time in the woods or getting into trouble. Maybe it could be weekdays from 3-7 pm; Friday and Saturday 5-9 pm. I am picturing a place with air hockey tables, ping pong tables, other arcade games. And vending machines with snacks and drinks. I'm not sure who would supervise the kids; paid staff or require a parent to be present. Thank you!
- A homeschool space ! A place with rooms to rent out for homeschoolers. The rooms could be used for education purposes, music, art, play, etc. If not a homeschool space then maybe a space where kids can go to play. A large gym with a bowling alley or space for skating.
